Policy:

We will refund or exchange items purchased directly from us, providing you contact us within 30 days of receipt and the following conditions are met:

• The items are in like new and resalable condition
• The items are in the original packaging
• The items have not been worn with bare feet
• The items are not marked nor show other signs of wear

Unfortunately, special-order products cannot be returned.

Process:

• Please call us at 877-353-6642 or email us at orders@finncomfortusa.net for a return form and number.
• The form must be included in the box and the return number must be shown on the outside of the box.
• Please make sure the products are first placed in the original shoe box, with the tissue paper.
• Please use an outer shipping box to make your return (like the one they arrived in).

(Please note that if the shoes are just shipped in the original shoe box, without an outer shipping box, or shipped without the original shoe box, there will be an additional $10.00 charge).

We recommend you return your item by UPS, FedEx, or other insured and traceable methods. Please keep a record of the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
