FinnComfort® strives to manufacture the best footwear possible. In the unlikely
event there is a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact the store where
you purchased the item, and they can determine next steps. We ask that you do
this within six months of purchase.

We can look up your order and determine next steps. We ask that you do
this within six months of purchase. Your shoe will be inspected either in person or
via photos to determine a possible solution. If it is determined there is a defect,
solutions may include repair by us or a replacement. If the item warrants replacing,
we will endeavor to replace it with the same item. However, if that item is no longer
available, we will offer you a choice of “like” items from our stock.
Our warranty does not extend to items that have been heavily worn (regardless of
time), been damaged by overuse, lack of care, accident, modification, or
unauthorized repair.
FinnComfort® USA cannot offer refunds once the product has
been worn.
